We're all glad our favorite espresso, cappuccino and milk or the selection and quality has improved over the years, but what you want something a little 'different?
To make your coffee or create unusual special in your catering, you'll need a few more ingredients.
In addition to your espresso beans, sugar, milk and chocolate sprinkle with which most standard coffee drinks you need to make a purchaseProvision of cherries, almonds, hazelnuts, whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon. There are several brands of flavors depending on the country of origin, but my favorites are, in particular in 1883 de Philibert Routin brand from France. The most common are flavored syrup, vanilla, chocolate, amaretto, cinnamon, caramel, Irish cream and hazelnut, but more exotic and unusual flavors are available for more complex recipes.

We assume you have with your espresso machine steam wand and are familiar with steam and foam milk.
Mochanilla
Ingredients:
16 ml of chocolate syrup
16 ml vanilla syrup
1 shot Espresso
6 oz (180 ml) coldMilk
Cream
Cocoa powder
Method:
Do not mix the two syrups and milk in a jug. Steam foam the mixture. Pour the espresso into a 12 oz (250 ml) glass, and add the mixture of steamed milk. Add the cream to the top and garnish with a pinch of cocoa powder.
Bistro de Paris
Ingredients:
8 ml hazelnut syrup
Double Shot of espresso
Cream
Shaved hazelnut
Method:
In a 6 oz (180 ml), add theHazelnut syrup. Add a double shot of espresso and stir. Top with whipped cream and garnish with shaved hazelnut.
