Presenting - Mary Lee from Spiaggia Restaurant - A Hospitality Entrepreneur with a Heart for the Artwork

One particular restaurant I have needed to verify out for a extended time is Spiaggia Trattoria (\"spiaggia\" is Italian for \"seaside) at the eastern finish of the Queen Street strip. Local Beach skilled Glenn Cochrane had brought up that the operator, Mary Lee, was an fascinating individual and advised that I interview her. To catch her prior to the occupied evening several hours at her establishment I met her at five:30 and we sat down in a peaceful corner at the back again of the restaurant.
