In addition and comparing the machine to a much less high priced product, it has to be reported that this machine is really durable, there is n o tacky plastic cover, the exterior is built of stainless steel, and there is a great deal of fat to continue to keep the unit firmly planted to the side and hopefully reduce it getting knocked above and scorching coffee getting spilled at any level.
