Cappuccino mix has become very popular with those who make their own espresso drinks at home. Not everyone has a machine that can pull espresso shots and, to that end, there need to be alternatives for those who don't want to pay $5 or more for their morning coffee. A mix allows you to simply add hot water and enjoy your beverage. This is not the same as instant coffee, however.
